Financial Partnerships That Actually Work
We spent years watching business partnerships crumble over money misunderstandings. So we built something different—education that prepares you for the real financial conversations partners need to have.

Why Most Partnerships Fail (And How to Beat the Odds)
Here's what nobody tells you when you're excited about starting a business with someone: roughly 65% of partnerships end badly. The culprit? Money conversations that never happened or happened too late.
We've seen it dozens of times. Two talented people with complementary skills who can't agree on how to split equity during a tough quarter. Partners who assumed they shared the same financial values until a critical investment decision exposed completely different risk tolerances.
Our programs starting September 2025 focus on the uncomfortable stuff—equity structures, profit distribution, decision-making frameworks when you disagree. Because if you're going to build something together, you need more than trust and enthusiasm.
The best partnership agreement isn't the one you'll never need. It's the one that helps you have better conversations before problems escalate.
Three Learning Paths, One Goal
We designed these around the reality that everyone learns differently and has different schedules. Pick what fits your life.
Self-Directed Study
Video modules, case studies, and tools you can access whenever. Perfect if you prefer working through material at your own pace. Expected completion: 8-12 weeks.
Workshop Series
Four intensive weekend sessions running October through November 2025. You'll work through real partnership scenarios with other learners. Limited to 20 participants per cohort.
Guided Practicum
For existing partnerships facing specific challenges. Six weeks of structured work on your actual business situation with regular check-ins. Applications open January 2026.

What Previous Participants Say
We'd been in business together for three years before taking this program. Thought we had everything figured out. Turns out we'd been avoiding half the important conversations. The equity restructuring framework alone was worth it.
My partner and I had completely different ideas about reinvesting profits versus taking distributions. The program didn't tell us what to do—it gave us a framework to actually talk about it productively. We're still partners, which says something.
How the Program Actually Works
No fluff, no generic business theory. Just the specific skills and frameworks you need.
Foundation Phase
Understanding different partnership structures, legal basics, and common financial pitfalls. Two weeks of self-paced content.
Framework Building
Creating decision-making systems for your partnership. Equity splits, profit sharing, voting rights, exit strategies.
Scenario Practice
Work through actual partnership conflicts and financial decisions. Learn what good disagreement looks like.
Implementation
Apply everything to your specific situation. Build your partnership agreement and financial communication system.
Next Cohort Starts September 2025
Spaces are limited because we actually work with each partnership individually. If you're serious about building something that lasts, start with getting the financial foundation right.
